Ad hoc messages can get missed or lost and make it harder to give your query the proper attention it deserves. The form ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
What happens when you submit the form
Your query is reviewed and resolved in a structured way
Your query is received and logged
When you submit the form, the payroll team receives a notification and your query is recorded with a timestamp. Nothing gets lost.
Your hours and pay are reviewed against records
The team checks your submitted hours, award classification, and the amounts processed to identify where the discrepancy may have occurred.
You are contacted with the outcome
Once the review is complete, you will hear back directly. If an error is confirmed, it will be corrected in the next pay run or sooner where that is possible.
The correction is made and documented
Any adjustment is processed and kept on record so the same issue does not recur. Your payslip for the correction period will reflect the updated amount.
